Rolling Pins French Style

These pins are solid, smooth, sturdy, and feel wonderful to the touch. They'll roll out just about anything without creasing the dough like handled pins with hard edges.

The French Style pin is a straight pin with tapered ends, allowing you to really feel the dough and apply pressure exactly where its needed for the perfect thickness. 

These are pieces that will stay in the family for generations.

Because we strive for zero waste and use wood we have (which would otherwise be burned), the woods we use for these pins vary depending on what is available. They are always locally sourced and selected for their appropriateness for kitchen use.

Being a two-person shop, we can't take photos of every piece we send out the door, but rest assured, we use only the best quality woods and your sushi plate will be as beautiful as the ones pictured here.
